At TMA, we continue to move towards a more equal, inclusive organization committed to its people. On March 12, 2026, we officially signed the new Equality Plan 2026-2030, a four-year strategic document that outlines the measures, actions, and commitments that will guide the company in matters of equal treatment and opportunities for women and men.
The approval of this new plan represents another step in our corporate social responsibility and sustainability strategy, consolidating a corporate culture based on respect, equity, diversity, and workplace well-being.
A CULTURE OF EQUALITY INTEGRATED THROUGHOUT THE ORGANIZATION

At TMA, we understand that equality is not only a legal obligation but also an essential value for building a fairer, safer, and more enriching work environment for everyone in the organization.
The new Equality Plan was developed after a process of analysis and evaluation of the company’s internal situation, allowing us to identify areas for improvement and establish new actions aimed at guaranteeing real and effective equality at all levels of the company.
Our goal is to continue promoting an organizational culture where everyone has the same opportunities for professional development, access to training, internal promotion, and work-life balance, regardless of gender.
OBJECTIVES OF THE NEW EQUALITY PLAN 2026-2030

The new Equality Plan establishes a cross-cutting framework for action that seeks to reinforce TMA’s commitment to equality and inclusion.
Among its main objectives are:
-
- Guaranteeing equal treatment and opportunities for women and men.
- Integrate a gender perspective into all company processes and areas.
- Promote work-life balance measures.
- Foster safe, inclusive, and discrimination-free work environments.
- Strengthen inclusive communication and the use of non-sexist language.
- Continue promoting equality in selection, promotion, and internal training processes.
- Establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure compliance with implemented measures.
HARRASSMENT PREVENTION AND SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENTS

One of the fundamental pillars of the new Equality Plan is the prevention of and response to harassment in the workplace.
Therefore, TMA continues to have its Harassment Protocol, but we have revised it to include improvements and measures with the aim of preventing, detecting and acting against any conduct that may violate the dignity of workers.
This protocol establishes clear, confidential, and accessible procedures, guaranteeing the protection and support of those affected.
The company continues working to promote workplaces based on respect, trust, and zero tolerance for any type of discrimination or harassment.
STRENGTHENING SOCIAL COMMITMENT: GENDER VIOLENCE PROTOCOL

As the main new feature of this phase, the 2026-2030 Equality Plan incorporates a Gender Violence Protocol, thus reinforcing TMA’s commitment to the protection and well-being of its employees.
The implementation of this protocol represents a significant step forward in the company’s equality and well-being policies, allowing it to offer support, guidance, and protection measures to individuals who may find themselves in a situation of gender violence.
The goal is to guarantee a safe and trusting environment, providing resources and measures adapted to each situation, always with the utmost confidentiality, sensitivity, and respect.
With this measure, TMA continues to move towards a more humane, responsible, and people-centered corporate culture.
THE ROLE OF THE EQUALITY OFFICER
Another key element of the new Equality Plan is the strengthening of the role of the Equality Officer, who continues to be a point of reference for all staff on matters related to equality, the prevention of discrimination, and the application of internal protocols.
The new Equality Officer at TMA is Verónica Sánchez, who will play a fundamental role within the organization, acting as a liaison between the Equality Plan and the company’s daily operations.
Her responsibilities include:
-
- Advising and supporting employees.
- Answering questions related to equality and diversity.

Her work reinforces TMA’s commitment to continuous improvement and ensures that equality measures are truly and effectively integrated into the organization’s daily operations.

MONITORING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF THE EQUALITY PLAN

Through indicators and continuous reviews, TMA will be able to identify new needs, propose improvements, and continue evolving toward an increasingly equitable and inclusive work environment.
Equality is a living commitment that requires involvement, monitoring, and constant improvement.
