In this context, we are especially pleased to receive the 2025 Inclusive Company Seal, awarded by LaFACT Factoria Social de Terrassa. This distinction recognizes organizations with a genuine and sustained commitment to the employment inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
This recognition values various aspects related to workplace inclusion, including the existence of active diversity policies and the genuine integration of people with disabilities into the workplace. In our case, this commitment translates into a workforce of nearly 4% people with disabilities, almost double the 2% minimum established by current legislation for certain companies.
Receiving this seal provides a significant boost to continue advancing our commitment to diversity, social responsibility, and creating opportunities for everyone.
