TMA EQUALITY PLAN
At TMA we have an Equality Plan, in accordance with Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the Effective Equality of Women and Men; with the aim of complying with equal employment between people, committing to promote and reinforce the principle of equal opportunities within the framework of all areas of responsibility in the company.
In addition, we have an Equality Agent, who plays a fundamental role in promoting gender equality and the fight against discrimination. His functions consist of:
- Investigating and analyzing situations of discrimination.
- Establishing measures to prevent them and training the team, so that they can know how to act in their jobs regarding this matter.
- Advising and helping those who suffer from them.
- Monitoring and evaluating the measures and policies implemented to assess whether the expected results are being obtained and making the relevant adjustments.
In short, an equality agent has the responsibility of working towards gender equality in different contexts, promoting a more inclusive and equitable environment, and combating gender discrimination in all its forms. Their functions are fundamental to moving towards a more just and equitable society.
