Espais Verds del Vallès leads the change towards a greener and more sustainable Terrassa

Espais Verds del Vallès, a company committed to sustainability and integrated into the TMA group, has signed the framework contract with the Ajuntament de Terrassa for the execution and maintenance of the municipality’s low-combustibility perimeter strips. This important contract not only reinforces our commitment to protecting the environment, but also underlines our dedication to implementing practices based on the Circular Economy and the Zero Waste philosophy.

INTEGRAL APPROACH TO FIRE PREVENTION

The contract obtained includes intervention in multiple areas of the municipality, where first intervention tasks and maintenance of forest areas with high vulnerability to fires will be carried out. The activities include the opening and repair of service roads, the reduction of tree density, clearing and cleaning of undergrowth, as well as the management of waste derived from these activities.

Espais Verds del Vallès has been selected for its ability to carry out these tasks with the greatest respect for the natural environment, using machinery and methods that minimise environmental impact.
