TMA is the company awarded the contract to carry out the cleaning and emptying of septic tanks and maintenance of the sewerage system in the La Penyora development, in Castellcir, Moianès region. SEPTIC TANKS CLEANING AND SEWER MAINTENANCE IN CASTELLCIR

TMA will be responsible for carrying out a complete cleaning and emptying service for the septic tanks in the La Penyora urbanization, which have a capacity of 3,000 litres in their storage systems.

Of the three compartments that make up the tanks, only one needs to be emptied, which demands technical precision and adequate planning so that the service is efficient and meets the highest quality standards.

In addition, TMA will carry out the cleaning and emptying of the sewage pump wells, ensuring that the sewage system works optimally for the residents of La Penyora.

This project underlines our ability to offer innovative and efficient solutions to respond to essential infrastructure needs in both permanent housing and seasonal residences.

A SAFE AND CONTROLLED PROCESS IN THE LA PENYORA URBANIZATION

This service is adapted to the needs of the residents of La Penyora, with a personalized frequency according to the use of the homes:

  • Temporary occupied homes: biannual service.

The actions included in this tender will be carried out in coordination and close collaboration with the City Council, ensuring the correct execution and compliance with all regulations. Each operation will be recorded and documented, with the issuance of the necessary documentation proving the reception of the waste at the Caldes WWTP.
