We are the company awarded the waste collection, transport, treatment and disposal service for the Laboratorio Agroalimentario de Cataluña (LAC) and the Panell de Tast Oficial d’Olis Verges d’Oliva de Catalunya (PTO), providing our experience and efficiency in a key sector such as the agri-food sector. TMA, COMPREHENSIVE MANAGEMENT OF NON-HAZARDOUS AGRI-FOOD WASTE

 

We are proud to be the company awarded the service of collection, transport and treatment of non-hazardous industrial waste assimilable to commercial municipal waste and other non-hazardous waste generated at the Laboratorio Agroalimentario de Cataluña (LAC) and at the Panell de Tast Oficial d’Olis Verges d’Oliva de Catalunya (PTO). 

 

TMA thus reaffirms its capacity to offer efficient and customised solutions to sectors as strategic as the agri-food sector.

The services to be provided will comply at all times with current legislation on waste management and transport, safety and environmental protection.

TMA will be responsible for the provision of approved containers suitable for each type of waste.

The transport will be carried out by our fleet of authorised and conditioned vehicles for the transport of all types of waste and will be transported to the authorised treatment plants.

 

With this contract we guarantee a safe and sustainable service, adapted to the specific needs of the LAC and the PTO, complying with the highest quality standards and current regulations.

SUPPLY OF APPROVED CONTAINERS AND RECEPTACLES

 

To ensure the correct management of non-hazardous industrial waste assimilated to commercial municipal waste and other non-hazardous waste generated by the Laboratorio Agroalimentario de Cataluña (LAC) and the Panell de Tast Oficial d’Olis Verges d’Oliva de Catalunya (PTO), TMA will provide approved containers that are specifically adapted to each type of waste, in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. 

The types of containers and receptacles that will be provided are approved for the collection and transport of banal, cardboard, plastic, glass assimilated to domestic, organic, coffee capsules, edible oils and fats.

 

In total, the estimated number of services to be carried out is approximately 216.

Waste transportation will be carried out using vehicles and specialized personnel that comply with established regulations. 

TMA guarantees that all transporters and vehicles participating in this process are authorized by the Agència de Residus de Catalunya and comply with the required technical specifications.

Our fleet of specialized vehicles is equipped to safely and efficiently transport all types of waste.

In addition, drivers receive continuous training to handle any unforeseen events during transportation, ensuring that waste reaches our treatment plants in an optimal manner.

 

At TMA we have our own fleet made up of more than 250 vehicles, of 11 different types, all equipped with the most recent technological advances.

The waste collected in both the LAC and the PTO will be transported to our specialized treatment plants, where the corresponding treatment and recovery operations will be carried out.
