Industrial waters
TMA has a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), integrated in the Port of Barcelona plant with a treatment capacity of 165,000 mt/year. We offer a quality service in the management of wastewater and industrial water, both hazardous and non-hazardous, thanks to the physical-chemical and biological treatment we apply to them.
We have our own fleet of ADR-certified tankers, equipped with the latest technology for water transportation.
Our services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Management and treatment
Our water purification line, equipped with the most advanced equipment and technologies, allows optimal management through the following processes:
- Hydrocarbon separation.
- Filtration of solids.
- Homogenization and pre-aeration of wastewater.
- Physical-chemical treatment.
- Two sequential biological reactors (SBR) with anaerobic, anoxic and/or aerobic digestion.
- Treatment of sludge generated in the stabilization line.

For the collection and transportation of waste we have:
- Tanker fleet with ADR (7-30 m³)
- Own barge for the collection of MARPOL waste (hydrocarbon waste, bilge water and similar MARPOL I)

We have the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
