At TMA, a leading company in waste management and recovery, we are looking for a WEIGHING OPERATOR (ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT) to join our MARPOL facility, located in the Port of Barcelona.

In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for managing the entry and exit of waste from the plant, weighing vehicles, controlling documentation, and providing support for daily operations.

Work Location

MARPOL Plant – Port of Barcelona

Responsibilities

• Weigh vehicles upon entering and leaving the plant.
• Manage and process MARPOL documentation generated during operations using Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
• Review and control documentation related to waste management (SDR).
• Register and track work orders.
• Provide support for logistics operations and assist carriers, clients, and other plant users.

Schedule

Continuous afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturday mornings.

Experience

No prior experience is required. Experience in administrative positions, customer service, logistics, or industrial environments will be valued.
