Their daily contributions and their support for our equality values \u200b\u200bare the reason for this achievement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For TMA this certificate is not only a milestone for the company, but a step towards a more equal future in the workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"TMA_EQUALITY_PLAN\"><\/span><strong>TMA EQUALITY PLAN<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At TMA we have an <strong>Equality Plan<\/strong>, in accordance with Organic Law 3\/2007, of March 22, for the Effective Equality of Women and Men; with the aim of complying with equal employment between people, committing to promote and reinforce the principle of equal opportunities within the framework of all areas of responsibility in the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, we have an <strong>Equality Agent<\/strong>, who plays a fundamental role in <strong>promoting gender equality and the fight against discrimination<\/strong>. His functions consist of:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Investigating and analyzing situations of discrimination.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establishing measures to prevent them and training the team, so that they can know how to act in their jobs regarding this matter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advising and helping those who suffer from them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitoring and evaluating the measures and policies implemented to assess whether the expected results are being obtained and making the relevant adjustments.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In short, an equality agent has the responsibility of working towards gender equality in different contexts, promoting a more inclusive and equitable environment, and combating gender discrimination in all its forms.
