adjudicat\u00e0ria del contracte per a l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 de <strong>treballs forestals de prevenci\u00f3 d&#8217;incendis, manteniment de franges de protecci\u00f3 i condicionament de parcel\u00b7les i zones verdes municipals a Valldoreix.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquesta actuaci\u00f3 permet refor\u00e7ar la seguretat de les \u00e0rees residencials situades al costat de l\u2019entorn forestal, millorar la conservaci\u00f3 dels espais naturals i garantir el manteniment de les infraestructures de prevenci\u00f3 d\u2019incendis forestals.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte contempla una \u00e0mplia varietat d\u2019actuacions orientades a <strong>reduir la c\u00e0rrega de combustible vegetal, millorar l\u2019estructura de les masses forestals i minimitzar el risc de propagaci\u00f3 d\u2019incendis<\/strong> en un dels entorns naturals m\u00e9s valuosos de l\u2019\u00e0rea metropolitana de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies a aquesta intervenci\u00f3, Valldoreix avan\u00e7a en la <strong>protecci\u00f3 de les zones urbanitzades<\/strong> que conviuen amb el bosc, alhora que impulsa la millora de la biodiversitat, la qualitat ambiental i la resili\u00e8ncia dels ecosistemes La seva proximitat a \u00e0mplies masses boscoses vinculades al Parc Natural de la Serra de Collserola fa imprescindible desenvolupar actuacions peri\u00f2diques de gesti\u00f3 forestal sostenible per reduir riscos i conservar els valors ambientals del territori.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquest projecte, <strong>s&#8217;actua tant a les franges perimetrals de protecci\u00f3 contra incendis com a parcel\u00b7les interiors i zones verdes municipals<\/strong>, aplicant una estrat\u00e8gia integral basada en la prevenci\u00f3, la conservaci\u00f3 i el manteniment del paisatge.<\/p>\n<p>La continu\u00eftat d\u2019aquestes actuacions \u00e9s fonamental per complir la normativa vigent en mat\u00e8ria de prevenci\u00f3 d&#8217;incendis forestals.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, els seus beneficis van molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la protecci\u00f3 davant del foc.<\/p>\n<p>Una gesti\u00f3 forestal adequada contribueix a <strong>millorar la salut dels boscos, afavorir la biodiversitat i augmentar la capacitat d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 dels ecosistemes<\/strong> davant fen\u00f2mens clim\u00e0tics extrems.<\/p>\n<p>En un escenari marcat per l&#8217;increment de les temperatures, els per\u00edodes de sequera perllongada i l&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 de biomassa a les muntanyes i terrenys forestals mediterranis, la gesti\u00f3 preventiva de la vegetaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha convertit en una eina imprescindible per garantir la seguretat i la sostenibilitat del territori.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"LA_IMPORTANCIA_DE_LA_PREVENCIO_DINCENDIS_A_LA_INTERFICIE_URBANA-FORESTAL\"><\/span><strong>LA IMPORT\u00c0NCIA DE LA PREVENCI\u00d3 D&#8217;INCENDIS A LA INTERF\u00cdCIE URBANA-FORESTAL<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Un dels reptes m\u00e9s grans de la gesti\u00f3 forestal actual \u00e9s la protecci\u00f3 de les zones conegudes com a interf\u00edcie urbana-forestal, \u00e9s a dir, aquells espais on els habitatges i les infraestructures conviuen directament amb les masses forestals.<\/p>\n<p>En aquests entorns, l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia d\u2019una elevada c\u00e0rrega de combustible vegetal pot afavorir que un incendi forestal assoleixi r\u00e0pidament zones habitades, augmentant el risc per a les persones i els b\u00e9ns.<\/p>\n<h5><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Principals_riscos_a_la_interficie_urbana-forestal\"><\/span><strong>Principals riscos a la interf\u00edcie urbana-forestal<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Les \u00e0rees residencials situades al costat del bosc presenten diversos desafiaments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Major probabilitat de propagaci\u00f3 del foc cap a habitatges i equipaments.<\/li>\n<li>Dificultat d&#8217;acc\u00e9s per als serveis d&#8217;emerg\u00e8ncia durant una intervenci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Acumulaci\u00f3 de vegetaci\u00f3 inflamable a parcel\u00b7les i espais propers a les edificacions.<\/li>\n<li>Risc per a infraestructures estrat\u00e8giques i serveis b\u00e0sics.<\/li>\n<li>Increment de la vulnerabilitat durant episodis de temperatures altes i sequera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, la legislaci\u00f3 catalana estableix l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de mantenir franges de protecci\u00f3 al voltant d&#8217;urbanitzacions, nuclis habitats i edificacions ubicades a terrenys forestals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La prevenci\u00f3 d&#8217;incendis<\/strong> no es limita a actuar quan es produeix una emerg\u00e8ncia. La seva veritable efic\u00e0cia rau en els treballs realitzats durant tot l&#8217;any per reduir el combustible vegetal disponible i dificultar la propagaci\u00f3 del foc.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia demostra que els boscos correctament gestionats presenten menys intensitat de combusti\u00f3 i ofereixen millors condicions de treball per als equips d&#8217;extinci\u00f3.
