obligaci\u00f3 legal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot i aix\u00f2, l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 del sector ha transformat aquest enfocament. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avui, les navilieres m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ades entenen que la gesti\u00f3 correcta dels residus generats a bord impacta directament en els seus criteris ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), els quals influeixen cada vegada m\u00e9s en les decisions d&#8217;inversi\u00f3 i operaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al Seatrade s&#8217;ha posat de manifest que decisions operatives aparentment simples -com l&#8217;elecci\u00f3 d&#8217;un port d&#8217;escala- ja estan condicionades per la capacitat local de gesti\u00f3 i tractament de
