Aquesta fita confirma la plena operativitat de les instal\u00b7lacions de TMA i la <strong>capacitat per subministrar combustibles alternatius d&#8217;alta qualitat a la ind\u00fastria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El material ha estat enviat a cimentera, on s&#8217;utilitzar\u00e0 com a <strong>combustible per a processos de valoritzaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica<\/strong>, TMA.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest primer enviament reflecteix la capacitat del complex per produir un combustible alternatiu estable i de qualitat, i confirma que el CSR generat <strong>compleix els requisits t\u00e8cnics necessaris per utilitzar-lo en processos industrials d&#8217;alta exig\u00e8ncia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, aquest transport marca <strong>l&#8217;inici del flux regular de subministrament cap a la ind\u00fastria cimentera<\/strong>, consolidant el paper de la planta de TMA a Albacete com a punt clau en la <strong>valoritzaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica de residus<\/strong> a caracter\u00edstiques, ja no es poden reciclar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquests materials se seleccionen, trituren i condicionen a la planta d\u2019Hoya-Gonzalo fins a convertir-los en un<strong> combustible alternatiu amb un alt poder energ\u00e8tic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, all\u00f2 que abans era un residu sense sortida, es transforma en <strong>un recurs \u00fatil per a la El CSR es carrega en camions seguint protocols espec\u00edfics que n&#8217;asseguren l&#8217;estabilitat i la tra\u00e7abilitat. La primera tramesa transportada demostra la capacitat operativa de la planta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Revisi\u00f3 a la planta que l&#8217;utilitza.<\/strong> En arribar a la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 industrial, el CSR se sotmet a controls que en verifiquen la humitat, el poder calor\u00edfic i la mida. Aix\u00f2 garanteix que funcionar\u00e0 correctament com a combustible alternatiu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00das en processos que necessiten molta calor.<\/strong> El CSR s&#8217;introdueix a forns o calderes de molt alta temperatura. All\u00ed es crema de forma controlada i allibera energia, que s&#8217;aprofita en processos industrials com ara la fabricaci\u00f3 de ciment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aprofitament complet.<\/strong> El CSR es consumeix totalment durant el proc\u00e9s, sense deixar residus addicionals. Hoya-Gonzalo (Albacete)<\/a> \u00e9s un dels complexos mediambientals m\u00e9s complets de Castella-la Manxa.<\/p>\n<p>Amb una superf\u00edcie de 301.500 m\u00b2, est\u00e0 dissenyada per gestionar i <a title=\"Valoritzaci\u00f3 de residus\" href=\"https:\/\/tma.es\/ca\/valoritzables\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">valoritzar una gran varietat de residus<\/a> i es converteix en un <strong>punt estrat\u00e8gic per a l&#8217;economia circular a la regi\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El centre compta amb oficines pr\u00f2pies, <a title=\"Flota per al transport de residus\" href=\"https:\/\/tma.es\/ca\/vehicles-i-equips\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flota de vehicles<\/a>, zona d\u2019estacionament i servei t\u00e8cnic (SAT), a m\u00e9s d\u2019un equip comercial i administratiu que ofereix atenci\u00f3 personalitzada als clients.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta infraestructura permet <strong>operar amb agilitat, seguretat i capacitat de resposta davant de les necessitats de l&#8217;entorn industrial.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Planta de tractament de residus\" href=\"https:\/\/tma.es\/ca\/installacions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>La planta de TMA a Hoya-Gonzalo<\/strong><\/a> s&#8217;organitza en diverses \u00e0rees especialitzades:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Planta de classificaci\u00f3, triatge i valoritzaci\u00f3, on se separen i processen els residus per recuperar materials aprofitables.<\/li>\n<li>Planta d&#8217;acondicionament i embalatge de materials valoritzables, que prepara els recursos recuperats per reutilitzar-los o reciclar-los.<\/li>\n<li>Centre de transfer\u00e8ncia, que facilita la gesti\u00f3 log\u00edstica i l&#8217;enviament de residus a altres destins autoritzats.<\/li>\n<li>Dip\u00f2sit controlat de Residus de classe II, destinat a aquells materials que no es poden valoritzar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies a aquesta estructura multidisciplin\u00e0ria, la planta est\u00e0 preparada per <strong>aprofitar al m\u00e0xim els residus no reciclables<\/strong> i transformar-los en recursos \u00fatils, com ara el CSR.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest potencial ha estat visible amb la sortida del primer cami\u00f3 carregat amb CSR, una fita que marca <strong>l&#8217;inici de l&#8217;activitat regular de subministrament i
