s\u00e8ptiques de la urbanitzaci\u00f3 de La Penyora, que compten amb una capacitat de 3.000 litres en els seus sistemes d&#8217;emmagatzematge. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dels tres compartiments que componen les fosses, nom\u00e9s un requereix ser buidat, la qual cosa demanda precisi\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica i una planificaci\u00f3 adequada perqu\u00e8 el servei sigui eficient i compleixi amb els m\u00e9s alts est\u00e0ndards de qualitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s, TMA dur\u00e0 a terme la neteja i buidatge dels pous de les bombes de clavegueram, assegurant que el sistema de clavegueram funcioni de manera \u00f2ptima per als residents de La Penyora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest projecte subratlla la nostra capacitat per a oferir solucions innovadores i eficients per a respondre a les necessitats d&#8217;infraestructures essencials tant en habitatges permanents com en resid\u00e8ncies nostres actuacions. Abans de procedir al buidatge de les fosses, s&#8217;implementaran totes les mesures necess\u00e0ries per a prevenir l&#8217;emanaci\u00f3 de gasos perillosos, com la ventilaci\u00f3 adequada de les fosses i l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;equips de protecci\u00f3 personal, incloses m\u00e0scares especialitzades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El buidatge es realitzar\u00e0 amb cisternes adaptades que permeten l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 segura de s\u00f2lids, l\u00edquids, escumes i gasos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest servei s&#8217;adapta a les necessitats dels residents de La Penyora, amb una freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia personalitzada segons l&#8217;\u00fas dels habitatges:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Habitatges d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 permanent: servei anual.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Habitatges d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 temporal: servei bianual.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les actuacions que s&#8217;inclouen en aquesta licitaci\u00f3 les realitzarem en coordinaci\u00f3 i estreta col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;Ajuntament, assegurant la correcta execuci\u00f3 i el compliment de totes les normatives.
